At WishBuddy, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. This Shipping Policy applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India including:

•      Metro cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad

•      Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities across all states

•      Remote areas may have extended delivery timelines

2. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD):

•      Free Shipping on all COD orders

•      No additional charges — you only pay the product price at delivery

Prepaid Orders:

•      Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders

•      No hidden charges — what you see is what you pay

3. Processing Time

•      Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation

•      For COD orders: Order is confirmed immediately after placement

•      For Prepaid orders: Order is confirmed after successful payment

•      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Delivery Time

•      Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after order is dispatched

•      Metro Cities: 2-4 business days

•      Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days

•      Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

•      Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Order Tracking

•      Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email

•      You can use the tracking number to track your order on our delivery partner’s website

6. COD Order Guidelines

•      Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order

•      Keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery

•      If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery

•      After 2-3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us

•      Repeated COD order rejections may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from your address

7. Prepaid Order Guidelines

•      Ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before completing payment

•      In case of failed delivery, the order will be returned and a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

•      Address change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

•      If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours

•      In case of a lost shipment, please contact us at help.wishbuddy@gmail.com

•      For COD orders: A free replacement will be arranged

•      For Prepaid orders: A full refund or free replacement will be arranged
