Welcome to WishBuddy (wishbuddy.in). By accessing or using our website and placing an order — whether via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting wishbuddy.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.
2. Products & Pricing
• All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes only — actual product may slightly vary
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order on WishBuddy:
• You must provide accurate and complete information including name, address, and phone number
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if incorrect information is provided
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
• In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product
4. Payment Terms
Cash on Delivery (COD):
• Payment is made in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery
• Please keep the exact amount ready — delivery partners may not carry change
• Refusing a COD order after dispatch may result in COD being blocked for future orders
• WishBuddy reserves the right to cancel COD orders from addresses with repeated order rejections
Prepaid Orders:
• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption
• We do not store your payment details on our servers
5. Shipping & Delivery
• We offer free shipping on all orders across India (COD and Prepaid)
• Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch
• Delivery timelines may vary due to location, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances

6. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
• For COD cancellations: No refund needed as no payment was made online
• For Prepaid cancellations: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Refunds for COD orders are processed via Bank Transfer or UPI. Refunds for Prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on wishbuddy.in including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of WishBuddy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
• WishBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or unforeseen circumstances
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
